Most Suppliers publish certificates from a single high-quality batch while sending lower-quality stock to customers. Instead, we provide a private customer group with verified buyers sharing feedback, product testing results, and usage outcomes. This allows customers to see ongoing, real-world product performance rather than a one-off certificate.
If your country is not listed during checkout, don’t worry — we can still process your order manually. Please email us at info@musclechem.com with the following details:
  • Full name
  • Shipping address (including country)
  • List of products you want to order
  • No of products you want to order
If you received the wrong item, email info@musclechem.com immediately. Once verified, we will reship the correct product.
Most shipments do not require a signature, but this depends on the carrier and shipping method.
Yes. If your product arrives damaged, please provide photographic evidence, and we will issue a refund or reshipment.
